Above all the "Schéifferei" (sheep factory) is one of the most beautiful and authentic dining rooms in the Ardennes.
But the local traditions are also reflected by our menu with lots of national specialities. According to our principle: “Absolutely delicious with local produce“ – And the ingredients always come from the region, sometimes even from our own gardens.
Our philosophy is not confined to the support of our regional cuisine: we also have a large choice of drinks from Luxembourg.
From Monday to Saturday, a varied menu of the day (starter, main course and dessert) is prepared by our chef and his team and served in our restaurant, where you will also find a small choice of dishes. On Sunday, according to your preference, you will choose either a three-course meal.
- Capacity: 150 customers, accommodated in 2 dining rooms. In addition, we have seating for 70 people on our covered terrace
- Summer Terrrace: from April to October we invite you to spend some comfortable hours on our terrace in our living museum
- Opening hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., on request also until 3 a.m.
