Beer lovers will appreciate the fact that the Our valley brewery produces 4 unique beers, including an absolutely exceptional buckwheat beer.
At Cornelyshaff, the brewers apply traditional methods to make beer before the visitors’ very eyes.
Only high-quality raw materials are used: malt, hop and different types of grain, according to the sort of beer.
The Ourdall beer is neither filtered nor pasteurized nor stabilized. Thanks to this careful brewing process, healthy substances such as vitamins and mineral nutrients remain in our beer.
Contemporary techniques allow an efficient use of energy and of raw materials, and at the same time our products are at top quality level. After the maturing the beers are casked or bottled, but you should also taste them on the spot, under the best conditions.

- Wëllen Ourdaller: amber-coloured, top fermentation buckwheat beer 6,8%
- Wäissen Ourdaller: top fermentation wheat beer 4,6%
- Hengeschter: low fermentation Pilsner beer 4,2%
